The Workshop
Our Baby Massage Course is designed for parents and caregivers of babies from birth to approximately 12 months old. This nurturing program teaches the art of infant massage through hands on practice with your own baby.
Each session is led by a certified IAIM teacher who guides you through massage techniques while creating a supportive community environment for parents.

What is included?
In the IAIM baby massage course, mothers learn a structured sequence of strokes for each part of the baby's body, techniques to relieve gas and colic, and how to read their baby's cues to know when and how to massage. They are taught the importance of timing, positioning, and using appropriate pressure, as well as when massage should be avoided.
The course fosters a supportive community where mothers can connect, share experiences, and build lasting networks, helping to reduce feelings of isolation. It also focuses on bonding and emotional well-being, supporting the development of secure, confident children and reducing the risk of postnatal depression in mothers.

Book NowFrequently Asked Questions
Welcome to our FAQ section! Here, we answer common questions.
Babies can usually start from around 2 to 4 weeks old, whenever the mother feels comfortable.
Baby massage supports bonding, improves sleep, aids digestion (relieving colic and gas), and promotes overall relaxation and development.
Please bring a small towel, your baby’s blanket, toy, and any essentials your baby may need (nappies, wipes, feeding items).
That’s completely normal. You can pause to feed, comfort, or simply observe. The course is flexible and baby led. For mothers whose babies are asleep, dolls will be provided for practice.
The calm, focused time with your baby supports bonding, increases confidence in handling and understanding your baby’s cues, and promotes the release of oxytocin, the “feel good” hormone. This can help reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms associated with postnatal low mood or postnatal depression, while creating a positive and reassuring daily routine for both mother and baby.
