Booking Terms:
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Fees
Admission Fees are AED 115, a one-time charge
New students must start their package within 3 months of purchase
Existing students must start their new package within 3 months of their last visit
Packages not started within the 3 months time frame will be forfeited
Accessories, Uniforms & Props are not included in the package price
Promotion Restrictions:
Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with others
Rescheduling Limitations:
Rescheduling of classes is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, however, if requested,
must be done 24 hours prior scheduled class
Same-Day Rescheduling:
Late rescheduling is allowed only for an additional fee of 50 AED
If no rescheduling request is made within these terms, the session will be forfeited
Rescheduled classes must be booked within the package expiry, if the space is available
Exceptions, & Conversions:
Exceptions:
Subscriptions may be paused only during official school holidays and only with written approval from the centre
Packages can be frozen once during this period. If you choose to resume your subscription before the end of the school holidays, the package cannot be frozen again
The package will automatically reactivate in accordance with the KHDA official school calendar
School Code of Conduct:
Arrival and Departure
Students must arrive 5 minutes before the lesson starts
Parents must be back on premises 5 minutes before the class ends
Parental Participation:
Parents are discouraged from staying during group classes to minimise distractions and avoid unsettling the children
However, they can check on their little ones by peeking through the window
Food and Beverage:
Snacks are not allowed in the studio during private or group classes, only a water bottle
Only healthy, sugar free snack options are permitted during camp hours
Data Protection:
Photos & Videos may be taken during lessons for records, training, marketing, or social media, however, it won’t be published or shared without written consent of the parent
