What Is Included?

Our 90 minute birthday parties for up to 25 children blend wellness and fun in a cozy, mindful setting. The celebration begins with a 45 minute yoga session featuring playful poses and relaxation techniques. Next, children engage in 20 minutes of Birthday Theme or Wellness Inspired Activities, with the final 25 minutes reserved for cake and candles, creating a memorable experience for all.

We host birthday parties for children from age one to teens and can fully customize the experience based on the child age and preferences.

Early Years Celebrations

For first and second birthday celebrations, we suggest Sensory Yoga or Messy Play.

Messy Play sessions are designed for one adult and one child and offer a gentle, celebratory atmosphere without loud music. Activities include playing with sand, water, paint, slime, or natural elements, allowing children to engage their senses and develop cognitive and social skills. Messy Play encourages independent learning and discovery.

Little ones are free to explore their surroundings at their own pace, while parents can relax and socialize, with one of our teachers facilitating child led play throughout the session.
