Program Overview

A Dual Approach to Support

Mind In Motion is a collaborative initiative supporting neurodivergent children through yoga practice alongside psychological guidance. Children attend structured yoga and mindfulness sessions while their psychologist or occupational therapist conducts an initial assessment and, if parents choose, follows their progress throughout the program.

We stay in close communication with the child’s professionals to ensure sessions support the goals already set, creating continuity between therapeutic input and movement based regulation. Families may join the full program or attend single sessions, and parents are welcome to share insights from other practitioners to keep the approach aligned with the child’s overall support plan. This combined approach helps children develop focus, regulation, and overall wellbeing through consistent yoga practice supported by professional guidance.
