Agi Loufrani is an experienced Yoga Teacher who works with adults, children and teenagers, with a particular focus on self-esteem, confidence, body awareness, and understanding of anatomy and movement. At Little Yogi, Agi supports young people during key developmental stages, helping them build a positive relationship with their bodies in a safe, encouraging, and non-judgmental environment.
With a strong background in yoga, pilates, and movement education, Agi designs classes that help children and teens develop postural awareness, strength, coordination, and confidence, while also learning how their bodies work and how to move with control and care. Her sessions place emphasis on healthy alignment, injury awareness, and mindful movement, supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Agi’s teaching style is calm, motivating, and supportive. She is particularly skilled at working with teenagers, creating a space where they feel comfortable, respected, and empowered.
