Teacher Training
This comprehensive 95 hours Children’s Yoga Teacher Training is designed for educators, yoga teachers, therapists, and professionals who wish to work confidently and safely with children through yoga. The course combines child development knowledge with practical yoga application, ensuring participants understand not only what to teach, but how to teach it in a developmentally appropriate way.
Over four weeks, participants gain the skills to plan, structure, and deliver engaging children’s yoga sessions that support movement, emotional regulation, focus, and overall wellbeing.
